宝贝们知不知道其实我们的眼睛也需要呼吸？em0011

包裝上標的 OTR (Oxygen Transmission Rate)→透氧量， 其實是一個可以評估隱形眼鏡好壞的指標。眼睛需要呼吸，氧氣供應充分就表示眼睛呼吸順暢。當我們戴上鏡片時，鏡片就會阻擋+減少氧氣進入眼睛….所以我們帶的鏡片材料必須要有較高的透氧量，這樣氧氣才能夠進入！一般來講，鏡片要越薄越好，因為鏡片越薄透氧率就會越高。可是…不是所有的鏡片都一樣，因為透氧率跟鏡片本身的材質也有關系。

宝贝们对含水量的误解

含水量 （Water Content）就是指鏡片的水分比例。我們一般認為，含水量越高，鏡片帶著就會越舒服，事實其實不是這樣哦！

你知不知道，含水量高于 50%會導致鏡片容易破損和變形，容易附著蛋白質等沉淀物，對散光矯正能力也較差，所以一般只用在日拋鏡片。

你又知不知道，較低的含水量可以延長鏡片的壽命，減少沉淀物，矯正輕微散光，所以一般都用在半年拋或年拋鏡片。

帶隱形眼鏡時間長了，鏡片本身的水分就會蒸發，這個時候鏡片就會吸去淚液來保持它的含水量。所以長時間帶隱形眼鏡時，含水量高的鏡片就容易導致眼干。

一般，年抛型的彩色隐形眼镜含水量在38%-42%之间，但是这个其实和彩色并沒有多大关系，年抛的无色普通隐形眼镜含水量基本上也都在这个范围内。

如果本身眼睛泪液较少，容易眼干，或者配戴的时间较长，应尽量选择含水量较低的隐形眼镜；相反，如果眼睛泪液较多，配戴的时间也比较短，则可以选择含水量较高的隐形眼镜。

大家都讲镜片要越薄越好，这样是要几薄才算好啊？

隐形眼镜中心厚度（CT=Centre Thickness）

超薄< 0.04mm
    
标准0.04-0.09mm
    
厚> 0.09mm

薄的隐形眼镜增加透氧性，提高舒适度，但是易致镜片干燥、脱水、造成角膜干燥、角膜染色，同时镜片易破损，所以对于彩色隐形眼镜来说， 0.04mm-0.06mm是比较理想的数值。

镜片的弧度其实也蛮重要的！

鏡片的曲率半徑也稱基弧 （BC=Base Curve）， 弧度越大表示鏡片內的表面越平坦。可是如果鏡片弧度大過眼球的弧度，就會出現鏡片貼不住眼球，容易移位；如果相反的情況，鏡片弧度小過眼球，就會容易讓眼睛產生過緊，不舒服的感覺。當然，鏡片和眼球的弧度不可能做到完全吻合，所以一般弧度差異應該控制在 0.2mm內。

亞洲人眼球的弧度大部分在 8.4-8.6之間，少數在8.8-8.9，或者8.3-8.2。有時候明明品牌產品質量很好，可是有些人佩戴都會不舒服，這可能就是鏡片弧度的原因啦～

Diameter太大会不舒服吗？？？

網上最近出現的彩色放大片的Diameter一個比一個還大還夸張，從最普通的14mm到現在的16mm都有，這些戴在眼睛里真的沒問題嗎？

假設鏡片的BC是8.6mm,當我們把它的Diameter加大（14mm→16mm），鏡片就會從原本的較緊變得比較松。

那又假設鏡片BC是8.6mm，我們這次把它的Diameter縮小(16mm→14mm)，鏡片就會從原本叫松變比較緊。

到底要怎么选度数呢？有轻微散光怎么办？

包括近视和散光的度数（Power），隐形眼镜可以矫正轻微的散光，你知道嗎？

没有近视的可以选择平光，也就是0度的镜片，近视者可按实际度数选购，不同牌子的度数范围和间隔都不一样。一般上，100度-500度之间，每25度一档，550-1000度之间，50度一档，选购时，应尽量选择跟自己实际度数相同或者稍低的度数，没有相同度数的时候，宜低不宜高，因为过高的度数可能会导致头晕眼花等症状。镜片放进眼镜盒时注意分清楚左右眼，特别是两个镜片度数不同的情况下，避免交叉配戴产生不舒服的感觉。

以前帶框架眼鏡，現在想帶隱形眼鏡的宝贝注意這邊！
框架眼镜的度数和隐形眼镜的度数是不一样的，选配彩色隐形眼镜时，度数应该按隐形眼镜的度数，如果之前配戴的是框架眼镜，可以到眼睛店测一下隐形眼镜的度数（一般是免费的），若嫌麻烦可参考以下简单的折算方式

框架眼镜度数
低于100时，建议选择平光，即0度的彩色隐形眼镜
100-300度，度数不变或减少25度
300-500度，减少25度或减少50度
500-700度，减少50度或减少75度
700-800度，减少75度或减少100度
800-1000度，减少100度或减少125度

如果某个度数折算后并没有对应的度数，可以选择偏低最接近的度数，例如，800度减少75度后是725度，没有725度，则应选择700度，以此类推。

到底该选什么颜色才适合我啊？？？

★黑★
→要迈向可爱无敌，卡通娃娃之路的MM～～～
→适合任何肤色、不化妆也不突兀
→小眼睛的MM首选美瞳应该是黑色的，因为本身眼睛小，黑色美瞳能够明显增大黑眼球，使眼睛看起来有神，黑色美瞳是最能最直观的最透亮的体现眼睛的魅力
→成熟感的MM不适合黑色～

★灰色★
→想要有混血FU的MM，但是又不想要太自然的颜色，想来点忧郁、楚楚可怜的FU～～

據我說知，拍賣網都是這么寫的啊～去谷歌Image搜一下“瞳孔放大片”出來的結果就是漂亮的麻豆帶著美瞳的圖片呀～～

可是當我谷歌搜“瞳孔”時….卻意外在wikipedia發現….


中間黑色的部分為瞳孔（Pupil）,綠色或灰色部分為虹膜（Iris），白色部分為巩膜（sclera）……..

為了再確定，我又搜了一下…..就看到這個

疑虑一：为什么我带GEO眼睛会刺痛？
解答：其实经过很多宝贝的分享及试戴经验后，得到的结果是，每个人眼睛的适应程度不一样、弧度不一样、情况也不一样，所以有些宝贝带GEO会很刺痛、有些反而觉得GEO带起来超舒服～～不一定是牌子的问题，有些宝贝带专柜牌子也是有这样的情况...所以呢，各位宝贝还是依照自己眼睛适合的隐形眼镜来选购吧～不要盲目跟风，别人说什么好带，就去买什么来带哦～～
疑虑二：网络买的隐形眼镜到底可以带多久？
解答：其实网络卖的隐形眼镜多数是年抛的，就是说可以带一年～可是呢，带一年的隐形眼镜其实要很勤劳保养才能带一年...因为隐形眼镜带久了镜片上的蛋白质会变厚...变厚就会带了不舒服。要如何保养呢？如果宝贝们天天带，宝贝们可以买去去蛋白药片（protein remover)，每两个星期就泡一次。如果很少带，就一个月泡一次吧～除了这个，宝贝们也必须每3个月就换一次隐形眼镜盒子，这样才卫生！如果宝贝们是用那种免搓揉的multipurpose solution其实清洗时可以不用搓揉，只要冲洗就好～切忌，隐形眼镜如果没带浸泡在盒子时，每天都要换药水～不可以用自来水！每次带或者脱隐形眼镜时记得把手洗干净才继续。如果没有上述保养，那么大约带那么1-6个月就可以换了吧～总而言之依个人情况而定吧～

疑虑三：如果是带三个月就要抛的，带超过了时间可以吗？
解答：鏡片帶久了蛋白質會吸附在上面，日久會形成一片厚墻那樣，會變硬，容易刮傷眼角膜，也容易附著眼睛里分泌的蛋白...眼睛會不舒服....超过一两天无所谓吧～照理说过期了东西一定会变质，所以超过了，就应该换了～不要残害自己的美丽眼睛啊～～眼睛只有一双呀～

疑虑四：为什么隐形眼镜带久了会蒙？
解答：因为眼睛缺氧了，没有水分，如果需长时间佩戴，刚好又遇到这种情况，宝贝们可以脱下来，用multipurpose solution浸泡5分钟，然后冲洗再带回去，可以暂时舒缓情况哦～

疑虑五：隐形眼镜天天带会伤眼睛吗？
解答：只要每天不要带超过8个小时，不要带着睡觉，偶尔脱下来让眼睛休息，不要让眼睛操劳，天天带其实没什么...如果你不是天天带，可是一次带却超过8个小时，这样反而会更伤眼睛～

疑虑六：刚买的隐形眼镜要如何处理？
解答：楼主教宝贝一招！下次刚买的隐形眼镜开封后，不要马上带～～用multi solution浸泡10分钟后再用multi solotion冲洗一下，再带～～可能会比较好哦～～因为这样隐形比较干净也可以顺便保湿～～大家试试看吧～～

疑虑七：lens都是要用multipurpose solution清洗和浸着，那戴的时候还需要用saline清洗吗？还是直接用回multi solution再清洗就可以戴了？
解答：我觉得这个是看个人的咯···有些人可能会觉得multi solution 比较油的话，就建议带之前再用saline来洗一洗再带。酱的话就不会觉得说会很有了···如果是怕麻烦的话就直接用multipurpose solution来清洗好了～
